Where Get Funded Nowaccepts traders

Q: If my country is not excluded, am I guaranteed to be accepted?

No. The Terms are a floor: identity verification, checkout and the payout provider can still decline, and GFN may add jurisdictions under Terms §4.3.

Get Funded Now's Terms exclude Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Myanmar, the Russian Federation and Belarus by nationality and by residence, and Crimea and occupied or non-government-controlled parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine by residence. Any market they do not name is not excluded. Age, identity checks and local law still apply.

The Terms are a floor. Identity verification, checkout and the payout provider can still decline a purchase or a payout, and §4.3 lets GFN add jurisdictions where sanctions, law or a provider require it.

The list is a minimum

The Privacy Policy describes the named jurisdictions as the restrictions GFN applies 'at a minimum', and says customers may also be screened against sanctions lists.

It says nothing about your local law

Whether taking part is lawful where you live, and how any payout is taxed, is yours to establish. GFN does not give legal or tax advice, and this table does not either.

18 or over, in your own identity

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract and buy in your own genuine identity. The buyer, the account holder, the person verified and the payout recipient must be the same individual.

Nationality counts, not only residence

GFN does not serve anyone with current citizenship or nationality of Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Myanmar, the Russian Federation and Belarus, wherever they live or connect from.

Identity verification before activation or payout

GFN may require identity verification before a simulated funded account is activated or a payout is made. If it cannot be completed, activation or payout can be withheld.

No VPN, proxy or false address to get round a restriction

Hiding your true identity or location to bypass a restriction is prohibited. Ordinary travel and legitimate VPN use may be reviewed in context.
