You still need to be 18 or over, pass identity verification and use the service only where it is lawful for you. GFN has not published a Canada-specific legal or tax position, and this page does not assess one.

Canada is not named in Terms §4.1 or §4.2 (version of 13 September 2026). §4.3 lets GFN add jurisdictions, so re-check the Terms before you buy.

Accounts are denominated in US dollars and fees are listed in US dollars; “fee from” is the lowest current listed fee across the programmes that sell that size. What your card is charged depends on your card issuer's rate on the day.
Session times
Sessions are a market convention, not a GFN rule. Your account runs on the instrument schedule shown on the platform.
Toronto and Montreal are on the same clock as New York and change it on the same dates, so the New York session is 08:00-17:00 local time all year - 05:00-14:00 in Vancouver.
Conventionally 08:00-17:00 London time. For a few weeks each March and October-November the UK and Canadian clock changes do not line up, and London opens at 04:00 Eastern instead.
Conventionally 09:00-18:00 Tokyo time. Japan does not change its clocks, so the Eastern-time hours move when Canada does.
GFN does not define sessions. Trading hours depend on the instrument and are shown in the instrument information on the platform - that schedule, not the convention above, is what your account runs on.

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract and buy in your own genuine identity. The buyer, the account holder, the person verified and the payout recipient must be the same individual.
