You still need to be 18 or over, pass identity verification and use the service only where it is lawful for you. GFN has not published a US-specific legal position, and this page does not assess one.

The United States is not named in Terms §4.1 or §4.2 (version of 13 September 2026). §4.3 lets GFN add jurisdictions, so re-check the Terms before you buy.

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract and buy in your own genuine identity. The buyer, the account holder, the person verified and the payout recipient must be the same individual.
