No. Neither plan has a daily loss limit. The only loss rule is the 3% trailing maximum drawdown.

End-of-day trailing (1 Step) recalculates your drawdown floor once, from your balance at the close. Intraday trailing (Instant) moves the floor up in real time with your highest balance, including unrealised profit. End-of-day is more forgiving of a trade that runs into profit and comes back.

It limits how much of your profit can come from a single day. In the 1 Step evaluation no single day may be more than 50% of your total profit. Funded 1 Step accounts use 40%, and Instant accounts use 20%.

During the 1 Step evaluation, yes. Funded accounts - 1 Step funded and Instant - may not hold positions through major scheduled news releases.

It scales with the account: 2 on 25K, 4 on 50K, 5 on 75K, 6 on 100K, 9 on 150K. The same limit applies in the evaluation and on funded accounts.
