Percentages are what the industry publishes. These are the same rules converted to dollars on a $50,000 account, so there is nothing left to work out.

What a bad daylooks like here
The daily loss limit is the rule that ends most evaluations, so it is worth seeing it as a number rather than a percentage.
You start the day at $50,000. Your daily loss limit is $2,500, measured from the previous day’s closing balance - so equity reaching $47,500 breaches the account, even if the trade would have come back.
Max drawdown is $4,000 and trails your equity high during the evaluation. Run the account to $52,000 and the stop-out level rises from $46,000 to $48,000. It stops rising once it reaches your $50,000 starting balance, and stays there.
