Percentages are what the industry publishes. These are the same rules converted to dollars on a $10,000 account, so there is nothing left to work out.

What a bad daylooks like here
The daily loss limit is the rule that ends most evaluations, so it is worth seeing it as a number rather than a percentage.
You start the day at $10,000. Your daily loss limit is $500, measured from the previous day’s closing balance - so equity reaching $9,500 breaches the account, even if the trade would have come back.
Max drawdown is $800 and trails your equity high during the evaluation. Run the account to $10,400 and the stop-out level rises from $9,200 to $9,600. It stops rising once it reaches your $10,000 starting balance, and stays there.
