What GFN is,and what it isn't.

Bradbury Capital Ltd trading as Get Funded Now (GFN) provides trader evaluation, simulated funded trading, educational and performance-assessment services under the Get Funded Now brand. GFN is not a broker, financial institution, investment fund or investment adviser.

All trading activity on GFN Evaluation Accounts and GFN Funded Accounts is simulated or virtual. GFN does not allocate customer money to a live brokerage account and does not execute customer orders in live financial markets. Account balances, profits and losses shown in the trading environment are simulated performance figures.

Any reference to an account being “funded”, to “funding”, “capital”, “profits” or similar language should be read in the context of the simulated GFN program. Eligible traders may receive real monetary payouts calculated by reference to qualifying simulated performance, but those payouts are contractual performance-based payments from GFN and are not withdrawals of brokerage profits or customer deposits.

Nothing on the GFN website, dashboard, trading platform, Knowledge Base, social media, emails, videos, webinars or support communications constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell an instrument, portfolio management, brokerage execution, or an invitation to invest money with GFN.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether participation in a simulated trading program is appropriate for them and for obtaining independent professional advice before making real-world investment or tax decisions.

Purchasing a GFN program does not guarantee that a customer will pass an Evaluation, receive or retain a simulated Funded Account, receive a payout, qualify for scaling, receive a scaling reward or salary-labelled incentive, or achieve any particular result. Results depend on performance, risk management, compliance, account-specific rules and verification requirements.

A payout may be rejected where the account is breached, the payout is not yet eligible, KYC/compliance requirements are not satisfied, trading activity breaches GFN rules, or another contractual restriction applies.

Hypothetical or simulated trading results have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading in a live market and may understate or overstate the effect of liquidity, slippage, order execution, market impact, spreads, latency, psychology and other factors. Simulations may also benefit from rules or assumptions that would not be available in live trading.

No representation is made that a customer will achieve profits or losses similar to any result displayed on the website, in marketing, in a testimonial or in a simulated account.

Leveraged trading is high risk in real markets. Although GFN accounts use simulated funds and the customer is not responsible for simulated trading losses, customers should understand concepts such as leverage, margin, equity, Daily Loss Limits, Maximum Drawdown, position sizing, gaps and slippage before using the service.

Customers remain responsible for monitoring the metrics shown in their GFN dashboard and for maintaining sufficient risk buffers. Internet disconnections, widening spreads, slippage, gaps, platform execution and ordinary market volatility do not automatically excuse an account breach.

GFN currently offers Instant Funding, 1 Step and 2 Step routes. Each program has different objectives and risk limits. The rules disclosed for the purchased account, the trader dashboard, the applicable Terms & Conditions and any Funded Trader Agreement govern that account. Older advertisements, screenshots or social-media posts do not override the rules attached to the purchase.

If the website and dashboard appear to conflict in a way that could materially affect an account, the customer should stop taking unnecessary risk and contact GFN Support before continuing.

GFN services are provided using technology supplied by GFN and third parties. GFN aims to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact execution, zero slippage, continuous market data, error-free software or compatibility with every device or network.

Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, cyber incidents, data-feed issues, payment-system failures, market closures and events beyond GFN's reasonable control may interrupt service. Where a material GFN-side technical error is confirmed, GFN may repair, reprovision, replace or otherwise correct the affected service in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

GFN may use third parties for trading technology, market data, identity verification, payments, cloud hosting, communications, analytics and other operational services. Veriff is used for identity verification/KYC. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices and may be unavailable or changed independently of GFN.

Reference to a third-party provider does not mean GFN endorses that provider for any purpose beyond the service integration described.

Prices, charts, execution conditions and market information shown in a simulated account are provided for the operation of the simulation and may differ from another venue or live market. GFN does not warrant that data is complete, uninterrupted or suitable for use in making real-money trading decisions.

GFN does not sell personal data. GFN may use aggregated or anonymised account and trading information for analytics, fraud prevention, model/risk research, service improvement and business development where the information no longer identifies an individual, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Testimonials, payout examples, profit calculators, social-media posts and case studies are illustrative and may not be representative of the experience of other customers. They do not guarantee success or future performance.

Affiliates and independent promoters are not authorised to change GFN rules, promise a result, represent GFN as a broker or investment provider, or create obligations on behalf of GFN. The official website, account-specific terms and written GFN communications take priority over statements by third parties.

Participation in a GFN program does not create an employment, worker, partnership, agency, fiduciary or joint-venture relationship. Payouts and scaling incentives are performance-based contractual rewards. If a scaling page uses the word “salary”, that label describes a program incentive only and does not by itself create employment, wages or worker status.

GFN does not undertake regulated brokerage, deposit-taking, investment-management or investment-advisory activities through the services described in these policies. Customers are responsible for ensuring that use of GFN is lawful in their location.

GFN restricts access to certain jurisdictions and persons for sanctions, compliance, payment-provider or risk reasons. Customers must not use false information, VPNs, proxies, VPS services or other methods to conceal their true identity or location for the purpose of bypassing a restriction.

Customers are responsible for determining, reporting and paying any tax, social-security or other liability arising from program fees, payouts or rewards in their jurisdiction. GFN does not provide individual tax advice and will make deductions only where legally required or expressly stated.

GFN names, logos, website content, software, documents, graphics, videos and other materials are owned by or licensed to Bradbury Capital Ltd or the relevant third party. No right is granted to present an independent business, social account or service as being officially operated, endorsed or authorised by GFN without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFN services are supplied on an “as available” basis and GFN does not give a guarantee of uninterrupted service, trading success, payout eligibility or suitability for a particular trading objective. Any limitation or exclusion of liability in the Terms & Conditions applies to this Disclaimer.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

By using GFN, the customer acknowledges the simulated nature of all trading accounts, understands that past or hypothetical performance is not a guarantee, and accepts that the applicable account rules and Terms & Conditions determine eligibility for progression, continued access and payouts.
