## About GFN

What Get Funded Now is, what it is not, and who the programs are built for.

Get Funded Now (GFN) is a trader evaluation and simulated funded trading platform designed to give skilled traders the opportunity to demonstrate their ability and earn performance-based payouts without needing to risk significant amounts of their own trading capital.

All GFN trading accounts operate within a simulated trading environment.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-get-funded-now)

No. Get Funded Now is not a broker, financial institution or investment provider.

GFN provides simulated trading programs designed to evaluate trading performance and risk management.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-gfn-a-broker)

No. GFN Evaluation and Funded Accounts are simulated accounts.

The prices and trading environment are designed to replicate real market conditions, but customers are not depositing investment capital into a brokerage account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-gfn-accounts-live)

Yes. Eligible GFN traders can receive real monetary payouts based on profits generated within their simulated Funded Account, subject to the applicable profit split, payout rules and Terms & Conditions.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/real-payouts-from-simulated-account)

GFN is designed for traders who want to demonstrate their trading ability without needing to personally fund a large trading account.

This can include:

- Forex traders
- Index traders
- Commodity traders
- Metals traders
- Cryptocurrency traders
- Day traders
- Swing traders
- Experienced traders
- Developing traders looking to improve their risk management

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/who-is-gfn-for)

There is no requirement to be a professional trader.

However, GFN programs involve leveraged simulated trading and strict risk-management limits. We strongly recommend understanding position sizing, leverage, stop losses, drawdown and general trading risk before purchasing an account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-i-need-to-be-experienced)

You can purchase a GFN program as a beginner, but the programs are designed to assess trading performance rather than teach trading from scratch.

If concepts such as leverage, drawdown, equity, margin and position sizing are unfamiliar to you, we recommend learning these before beginning.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/suitable-for-beginners)

No. Information provided by GFN is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-gfn-give-investment-advice)

No. Trading involves risk and purchasing a GFN account does not guarantee that you will successfully complete an Evaluation, retain a Funded Account or receive a payout.

## Plans & programs

Instant Funding, 1 Step and 2 Step - how each one works and how to pick between them.

GFN offers three main routes:

- Instant Funding - start directly with a simulated Funded Account without completing a traditional Evaluation.
- 1 Step - complete one Evaluation phase before becoming eligible for a simulated Funded Account.
- 2 Step - complete two Evaluation phases before becoming eligible for a simulated Funded Account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-account-types-does-gfn-offer)

The main difference is how you qualify for your Funded Account. Instant Funding removes the traditional Evaluation process, 1 Step requires one Evaluation phase, and 2 Step requires two Evaluation phases.

Each program has its own pricing, profit targets, drawdown structure and trading conditions. Always check the specific program rules before purchasing.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/difference-between-instant-1-step-2-step)

That depends on your trading style.

Instant Funding may suit traders who want immediate access to a Funded Account. 1 Step may suit traders who want a faster Evaluation process. 2 Step may suit traders who prefer a multi-stage Evaluation structure.

There is no universally “best” option. Choose the account whose rules most closely match the way you naturally trade.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/which-plan-is-best-for-me)

No. Certain general GFN trading rules apply across the platform, but important metrics such as profit targets, drawdown limits and other conditions may differ between Instant Funding, 1 Step and 2 Step accounts.

Your specific account rules are displayed before purchase and within your trader dashboard.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-rules-the-same-across-plans)

It depends on the program:

- Instant Funding - no consistency rule.
- 1 Step - no consistency rule.
- 2 Step - no single trading day may account for more than 35% of total profit.

All other objectives for your program still apply, including the Daily Loss Limit and Maximum Drawdown.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-there-a-consistency-rule)

Yes. Programme types can be mixed freely, subject to the $400,000 maximum total allocation across all your accounts.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-buy-more-than-one-account-type)

Yes, provided the combined size of your accounts stays within the $400,000 maximum total allocation.

Each account remains subject to its own individual rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/instant-and-evaluation-at-the-same-time)

An account cannot normally be converted from one program type into another after trading has begun.

If you would prefer a different program, you will generally need to purchase that program separately.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-change-plan-after-purchase)

Account purchases apply to the account size selected at checkout.

To trade a different size, purchase an account at that size separately.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-upgrade-account-size)

The key objectives and trading limits for each account are displayed on the relevant GFN plan page before checkout.

You should always review these before purchasing.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/where-do-i-see-the-rules-before-paying)

Instant Funding allows eligible traders to begin directly on a simulated Funded Account without completing the traditional 1 Step or 2 Step Evaluation process.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-instant-funding)

There is no traditional Evaluation profit target required before the account is issued.

Your Instant Funded Account will instead operate according to the trading and risk-management rules associated with the Instant Funding program.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/instant-funding-profit-target)

No. “Instant” refers to accessing the Funded Account without completing an Evaluation first.

All applicable drawdown, loss, trading behaviour, payout and risk-management rules still apply.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-instant-funding-mean-no-rules)

Once your order has been successfully completed and your trading credentials have been issued, you can access the account and begin trading.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/when-does-instant-funding-become-active)

Your first payout becomes eligible 14 days after the first trade is placed on your Funded Account, provided your account remains eligible for a payout.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/instant-funding-first-payout)

Yes. Instant Funding withdrawals are capped at 2% of your starting balance per payout cycle, above a 3% minimum withdrawal buffer.

When you request a withdrawal, all profit above the 3% buffer leaves the account. You receive up to the 2% cap; anything above it is deducted but not paid out.

For example, on a $100,000 account showing $6,000 profit, $3,000 is deducted, the account resets to $103,000 against a $98,000 drawdown floor, and $2,000 is withdrawable.

1 Step and 2 Step accounts have no withdrawal cap.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/instant-funding-withdrawal-cap)

No. The payout countdown begins when you place your first trade on the Funded Account, not when you purchase the account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-the-14-day-countdown-start-at-purchase)

Your first payout eligibility date will not begin until your first trade is placed.

Remember that normal account inactivity rules may still apply.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/instant-funding-not-trading-immediately)

The 1 Step program requires you to successfully complete one Evaluation phase.

Once all objectives have been achieved without breaching any applicable rules, you can progress toward receiving your simulated GFN Funded Account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-the-1-step-evaluation)

One.

That is precisely why we resisted the temptation to call it the “1 Step But Secretly There Are Three More Steps” program.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-many-phases-does-1-step-have)

The 1 Step uses an 8% Maximum Drawdown as standard. The optional drawdown add-on at checkout raises it to 10%.

The drawdown trails your highest balance during the Evaluation until the floor reaches your starting balance, then locks there.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/1-step-maximum-drawdown)

Once your account has satisfied the required objectives and successfully completed any necessary compliance checks, you become eligible for your corresponding simulated Funded Account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-when-i-pass-1-step)

No. The trading Evaluation contains one phase.

Identity and compliance verification may still be required before a Funded Account or payout can be issued.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-there-a-second-verification-phase)

The payout timer does not start during the Evaluation. It begins when the first trade is placed on your new Funded Account.

Your first payout can then be requested 14 days later.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/payout-timer-after-passing-1-step)

The 2 Step program contains two Evaluation phases.

You must successfully complete both phases while remaining within all applicable trading rules before becoming eligible for a simulated Funded Account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-the-2-step-evaluation)

Yes. Your Evaluation progresses using the account size associated with the program you purchased.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/same-account-size-in-phase-2)

Once Phase 1 has successfully satisfied all objectives and been confirmed as passed, you progress to Phase 2.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-after-phase-1)

No. Each Evaluation phase has its own objectives and starts according to the conditions defined for that phase.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-phase-1-profits-carry-over)

Once all requirements have been completed and any required KYC/compliance checks are satisfied, you become eligible to receive your simulated Funded Account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-when-i-pass-phase-2)

No. The countdown begins from the first trade placed on your Funded Account.

Evaluation trading does not count toward your payout period.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/payout-countdown-after-phase-2)

Yes. If you fail the 2 Step by breaching a hard trading rule, you get one free retake of that account.

The retake runs on tighter limits than a first attempt:

- 3% Daily Loss Limit (down from 5%).
- 4% non-trailing Maximum Drawdown (down from 8%).
- 60% profit split on the Funded Account it leads to (down from 80%).

Every other 2 Step rule still applies to the retake.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/2-step-free-retake)

## Evaluations

Passing an Evaluation: targets, time limits, trading days and what happens if you fail.

Where your selected GFN program states that there is no time limit, you can take as long as required provided your account remains active and you continue to follow all applicable rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-there-a-time-limit)

If your selected program states that no minimum trading days apply, you do not need to artificially spread trading across multiple days.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-there-minimum-trading-days)

If your account has no minimum trading-day requirement and you legitimately achieve all objectives without violating any rules, yes.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-pass-in-one-day)

Your account must satisfy the conditions required for completion.

Open positions can affect equity and account metrics, so an Evaluation should not be considered completed purely because the displayed balance temporarily crosses a profit target.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-i-need-to-close-trades-to-pass)

Always use the metrics displayed within your GFN dashboard for the relevant objective.

Open positions can affect account equity and risk limits even when they have not yet been closed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/profit-target-balance-or-equity)

Trading should stop once your Evaluation has satisfied the required objectives and your dashboard confirms completion.

GFN will then process the account according to the next stage of your program.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-when-i-reach-the-target)

There is generally no benefit in taking unnecessary additional risk once all required Evaluation objectives have been completed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/should-i-keep-trading-after-my-target)

No. Evaluation profits are simulated results used to determine whether you have successfully completed the Evaluation.

Payout eligibility applies to eligible profits generated after reaching the Funded Account stage.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-withdraw-evaluation-profits)

If you breach a hard trading rule, that Evaluation account will no longer be eligible to continue.

On the 2 Step, you get one free retake. It runs on tighter limits: a 3% Daily Loss Limit, a 4% non-trailing Maximum Drawdown and a 60% profit split once funded.

On the 1 Step, or once a 2 Step retake is used, you can purchase another account and try again.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-if-i-fail)

Normally, a breach relates to the individual account on which it occurred.

However, violations involving prohibited behaviour, fraud, account sharing or Terms & Conditions violations may affect other accounts or your wider GFN relationship.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-failing-affect-my-other-accounts)

## Funded accounts

What a simulated Funded Account is, what changes once you have one, and what doesn't.

A GFN Funded Account is a simulated account issued to an eligible trader either after completing the required Evaluation or through an eligible Instant Funding program.

Profitable trading on the account may qualify for monetary payouts under GFN's payout rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-a-funded-account)

Yes. GFN Funded Accounts operate within a simulated trading environment.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-the-funded-account-simulated)

Your Funded Account balance is simulated and you are not personally responsible for simulated trading losses.

Your financial outlay is the amount you paid to purchase the relevant GFN program.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-lose-my-own-money)

Yes. Funded Accounts remain subject to applicable risk limits and trading rules.

Passing an Evaluation does not remove those rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-my-funded-account-be-breached)

Some conditions may differ depending on the program.

Always refer to your specific Funded Account dashboard and the current Funded Account rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/funded-rules-vs-evaluation-rules)

A Funded Account is intended to generate eligible trading profits rather than complete an Evaluation profit target.

Risk-management rules continue to apply.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-profit-targets-continue-when-funded)

Provided the account remains active, all rules continue to be followed and no other termination condition applies, there is no reason for a profitable, compliant trader to deliberately lose their account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-keep-a-funded-account-indefinitely)

## Payouts

The 14-day cycle, profit splits, KYC and exactly when your first payout becomes eligible.

You can request your first payout 14 days after the first trade is placed on your Funded Account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/when-can-i-request-my-first-payout)

No. The clock begins from the first trade placed on the Funded Account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-it-14-days-from-receiving-the-account)

No. Only trading on your Funded Account starts the payout cycle.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-evaluation-trades-count-toward-14-days)

Yes. Following your first payout eligibility date, you become eligible to request another payout every 14 days thereafter, provided the account remains eligible.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-payouts-every-14-days)

The payout cycle is based on calendar days rather than requiring 14 separate trading days.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/calendar-days-or-trading-days)

No. The payout period is a time-based eligibility period. You do not need to manufacture trades simply to satisfy the calendar.

Normal inactivity rules still apply.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-i-need-to-trade-every-day)

Your first payout eligibility date would be 15 January.

Your subsequent eligibility dates would then fall every 14 days thereafter.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/payout-example-first-trade-1-january)

You are not forced to withdraw.

You may leave eligible profits in the account and request a payout at a later eligible opportunity.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-if-i-dont-request-on-my-first-date)

No. A successful payout does not automatically terminate your Funded Account.

You can continue trading subject to your remaining account balance, drawdown limits and all applicable trading rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-a-payout-close-my-account)

Your available payout is determined by:

- Your eligible account profits
- Your applicable profit split
- Any payout-specific rules
- Your remaining account risk limits
- Your compliance with GFN's Terms & Conditions

On Instant Funding, each withdrawal is also capped at 2% of your starting balance, above a 3% minimum withdrawal buffer.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-request-all-of-my-profits)

The profit split determines what percentage of eligible simulated profits is paid to you.

For example, where a trader has an 80% profit split and has $1,000 of eligible profit, their share before any applicable adjustments would be $800.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-a-profit-split)

Yes. The profit split can depend on the program or options selected when the account was purchased.

1 Step and 2 Step Funded Accounts pay 80% as standard, or 90% with the profit split add-on at checkout. Instant Funding pays 70%, and a 2 Step retake pays 60%.

Your dashboard should display the profit split applicable to your account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-my-profit-split-vary)

A payout reduces the eligible profit available within the account.

Traders should always pay attention to their resulting balance and applicable drawdown level before continuing to trade.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/account-balance-after-a-payout)

Yes. Depending on the drawdown structure of your account, withdrawing profits can reduce the cushion between your current account level and the applicable breach level.

Always check your dashboard before deciding how much to withdraw.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-a-payout-affect-my-drawdown-buffer)

Follow the instructions displayed when submitting your payout request.

Where trading needs to be temporarily paused for account reconciliation, this will be stated during the payout process.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-trade-while-a-payout-processes)

A Funded Account must remain eligible and compliant with GFN rules.

Breaching an account or violating the Terms & Conditions may cause pending or future payouts to be rejected.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/breach-before-payout-approved)

No. Once an account has been legitimately breached, profits associated with that account are no longer eligible for payout.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/payout-from-a-breached-account)

Yes. GFN may require identity and compliance verification before issuing a Funded Account and/or processing a payout.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-i-need-kyc-before-a-payout)

KYC and AML checks help GFN verify that accounts belong to genuine individual traders and help prevent fraud, identity misuse, duplicate-account abuse and other prohibited activity.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/why-is-kyc-required)

Yes. Your GFN account, identity verification and payout details should belong to the same individual.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-the-payout-name-need-to-match)

Payouts are processed through Rise (Riseworks), a payments platform built for paying contractors internationally.

Through Rise you can choose how to receive the money, including:

- ACH bank transfer
- International bank wire
- Crypto

When you request a payout you are sent a short contract to sign. Once it is signed, GFN processes the payment - see how long a payout takes for what affects the timing.

The Rise account receiving the payout must belong to the same individual who purchased, verified and traded the GFN account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-are-the-payout-methods)

Yes. GFN pays traders through Rise (Riseworks), and crypto is one of the ways you can choose to receive a payout there, alongside ACH and bank wire.

The same identity rules apply whichever method you pick: the payout must go to the person who holds and verified the GFN account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-get-paid-in-crypto)

Processing times can depend on verification, the payment method and the payout provider.

Your dashboard will show the status of your request.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-long-does-a-payout-take)

First check whether:

- Your KYC is complete
- Additional verification has been requested
- Your payout details are correct
- Your account remains eligible
- There is a banking or payment-provider delay

If everything appears correct, contact GFN Support with your account number and payout request details.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-if-my-payout-is-delayed)

Tax treatment depends on your personal circumstances and jurisdiction.

GFN cannot provide individual tax advice. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your payouts.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-payouts-taxable)

First Funded Account trade: 3 March.

- First payout eligibility: 17 March
- Next eligibility: 31 March
- Next eligibility: 14 April

The cycle continues every 14 days.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/payout-example-first-trade-3-march)

Account issued: 1 March. First Funded Account trade: 8 March. First payout eligibility: 22 March.

The eight days between account issuance and your first trade do not form part of the payout countdown.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/payout-example-account-issued-before-first-trade)

First eligibility date: 17 March. You choose not to request a payout.

You can continue trading and retain eligible profit with the account.

You are not required to withdraw simply because a payout window has arrived.

First Funded Account trade: 3 March. First eligible payout: 17 March.

After successfully requesting that payout, your account can continue subject to its remaining balance, drawdown and trading rules.

Your next standard payout opportunity occurs according to the subsequent 14-day cycle.

## Drawdown & risk

The Daily Loss Limit, Maximum Drawdown and stop-loss rules - the limits that end accounts.

The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum amount your account is permitted to lose within the defined trading day.

Think of it as the account's daily risk ceiling.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-the-daily-loss-limit)

Yes. Floating losses can affect your account equity and therefore your compliance with applicable risk limits.

Do not assume a loss is irrelevant simply because a position has not yet been closed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-the-daily-loss-limit-include-open-trades)

Yes. Realised trading losses during the relevant calculation period form part of the account's daily performance.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-closed-losses-count)

Yes. Trading costs affect account performance and should be allowed for when managing your risk.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-commissions-affect-the-daily-loss-limit)

The reset time applicable to your account is displayed within the trading environment/dashboard.

Do not assume that the limit resets at midnight in your local timezone.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/when-does-the-daily-loss-limit-reset)

No. A Daily Loss Limit and Maximum Drawdown are separate rules.

The daily calculation can reset while your overall account balance and Maximum Drawdown position remain affected.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-a-new-day-clear-my-overall-drawdown)

If the account crosses a hard breach threshold, the account can be considered breached even if the market subsequently reverses.

Risk limits should be treated as hard boundaries, not rough suggestions.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/exceeding-the-daily-loss-limit-briefly)

We strongly advise against it.

Leaving a safety buffer helps protect against spreads, slippage, commissions and rapid market movement.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/should-i-trade-up-to-the-daily-loss-limit)

Maximum Drawdown is the total amount your account is permitted to decline before the account is breached.

You can think of it as the overall account stop-loss.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-maximum-drawdown)

No. Different plans can use different Maximum Drawdown limits and calculation methods.

Check the exact rules for your Instant Funding, 1 Step or 2 Step account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-max-drawdown-the-same-on-every-plan)

A fixed drawdown level is calculated relative to a defined account level and does not continue trailing upward simply because the account makes additional profit.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-fixed-drawdown)

A relative or trailing drawdown can move as the account reaches new performance highs according to the rules of the specific program.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-trailing-drawdown)

Yes. Account equity matters when monitoring trading risk.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-open-positions-breach-max-drawdown)

If your account reaches or exceeds the defined hard breach limit according to the program's calculation method, the account can be breached.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-if-i-touch-max-drawdown)

No. Once a hard breach has occurred, a later market recovery does not undo it.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-profits-offset-a-previous-breach)

Your requirement to use a stop loss depends on the rules attached to your specific program/account.

Where a stop loss is mandatory, one must be used in accordance with the applicable rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-i-need-to-use-a-stop-loss)

Where the account requires stop losses, placing a trade without one may result in action being taken against the position or account according to the current trading rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/missing-compulsory-stop-loss)

Yes, provided doing so does not violate your account rules or cause the account to exceed any risk limit.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-move-my-stop-loss)

Not where an actual platform stop loss is required by your account rules.

Trading a technically permitted lot size does not excuse a breach of your drawdown limits.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-there-a-maximum-lot-size)

Normal legitimate short-term trading is permitted provided it complies with all GFN rules and does not exploit platform latency, pricing errors or other prohibited behaviour.

Every trade must stay open for at least 2 minutes, on every programme.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-scalp)

Yes. Every trade must stay open for at least 2 minutes.

The rule applies to every programme - Instant Funding, 1 Step and 2 Step - in both the Evaluation and Funded stages.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-there-a-minimum-trade-duration)

Yes.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-day-trade)

Yes, subject to your account rules and the trading hours of the instruments you trade.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-swing-trade)

Where permitted by your specific account rules and where the underlying market remains available, yes.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-hold-trades-overnight)

Where permitted by your specific account type, yes.

Remember that weekend gaps can materially increase risk.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-hold-trades-over-the-weekend)

News trading rules can vary by program or account stage.

Always check the rules attached to your specific account before holding or opening positions around major economic announcements.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-trade-during-news)

Spread widening, slippage and rapid price movements form part of market conditions.

Your drawdown rules still apply.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/spreads-widening-during-news)

No. Traders are responsible for managing their position sizing with enough room for changing market conditions.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-slippage-excuse-a-breach)

Normal hedging within an individual account may be permitted where it represents genuine trading activity.

Using multiple accounts, coordinated accounts or opposing positions purely to manipulate the evaluation process is prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-hedge)

Trading designed to guarantee that one account succeeds at the expense of another rather than demonstrating genuine independent trading ability may be treated as prohibited behaviour.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/opposite-trades-across-accounts)

Coordinated activity intended to manipulate the Evaluation or payout process is prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/two-traders-opposite-sides)

Automated trading may be allowed provided the strategy complies with GFN rules and represents legitimate trading behaviour.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-expert-advisors-allowed)

Yes, provided it complies with all trading and risk-management rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-my-own-ea)

Third-party strategies designed or marketed specifically to exploit or automatically pass funding challenges may be prohibited.

GFN reserves the right to review trading activity for abnormal or unrealistic behaviour.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-a-challenge-passing-ea)

Mass-identical trading activity may create concerns regarding strategy ownership, copy trading or coordinated trading.

Traders are expected to demonstrate their own legitimate trading behaviour.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-many-customers-use-the-same-ea)

Copying trades between accounts that you personally own may be permitted within applicable GFN rules.

Copying trades belonging to another trader, allowing another trader to copy/manage your account or participating in coordinated group trading is prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-copy-trading-allowed)

No. Your account is issued to you and should be traded by you.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-someone-else-manage-my-account)

No. “Pass your challenge” services and third-party account management defeat the purpose of the Evaluation and are prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-pay-someone-to-pass-my-evaluation)

No. GFN accounts are personal to the registered trader and may not be sold, transferred or rented to another person.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-sell-my-gfn-account)

GFN prohibits activity designed to exploit the simulated environment rather than demonstrate genuine trading skill.

Examples can include:

- Exploiting platform errors
- Exploiting delayed or incorrect pricing
- Latency arbitrage
- Use of non-public or insider information
- Front-running
- Coordinated trading between customers
- Account sharing
- Third-party challenge-passing services
- Manipulative hedging across accounts
- Deliberately exploiting market-close gaps
- Strategies designed to compromise a broker/liquidity relationship
- Other unrealistic or abusive simulated trading behaviour

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-trading-is-prohibited)

Latency arbitrage attempts to exploit delays between different price feeds rather than profit from genuine market analysis.

This is prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-latency-arbitrage)

No. Knowingly taking advantage of stale, delayed or erroneous pricing is prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-exploit-a-wrong-price)

GFN may review the account, restrict trading, reject progression, reject payouts, terminate affected accounts or take other action permitted under the Terms & Conditions.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-if-gfn-finds-prohibited-trading)

GFN can review trading in context.

The purpose of prohibited-trading rules is to identify genuine abuse rather than punish legitimate traders simply for having an unusual trade.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/will-one-unusual-trade-ban-me)

Trading hours depend on the instrument and the liquidity available for that market.

Check the instrument information inside your trading platform for the current schedule.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-are-the-trading-hours)

No. Different markets operate different hours.

Even cryptocurrency-based CFD products may have platform-specific trading schedules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-all-markets-open-24-7)

They can. Major holidays can result in markets opening late, closing early or remaining closed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-trading-hours-change-on-holidays)

Traders are responsible for knowing the trading hours of the instruments they use and managing positions accordingly.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/market-closed-with-an-open-trade)

Leverage determines how much market exposure can be controlled relative to the simulated balance or margin available in your account.

GFN offers leverage up to 1:50 on Instant Funding, 1 Step and 2 Step. It can vary by instrument.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-leverage)

No. Forex, metals, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies can have different leverage requirements.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-leverage-the-same-for-every-instrument)

Definitely not. Higher leverage gives you greater potential market exposure. Your Daily Loss Limit and Maximum Drawdown remain unchanged.

In other words: bigger accelerator, same cliff.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-higher-leverage-change-drawdown-rules)

The trading platform may prevent the order from being opened or positions may become subject to platform margin rules.

## Platform & tech

Logins, the dashboard, devices, and what to do when something looks wrong.

The platform available for your account will be shown when you purchase and within your GFN dashboard.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/which-trading-platform-does-gfn-use)

Your trading credentials are provided after your account has been created and can normally also be accessed through your GFN trader area.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/where-do-i-find-my-login-details)

Not necessarily. Your customer dashboard and trading platform can use separate credentials.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-my-website-password-my-trading-password)

Where the supported trading platform provides mobile access, yes.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-trade-from-my-phone)

Where supported by the trading platform, yes.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-trade-from-a-tablet)

Yes.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-trade-from-a-desktop)

Your GFN dashboard displays the key metrics required to monitor your account.

These can include balance, equity, profit targets and drawdown information depending on the account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/where-can-i-view-my-account-statistics)

The GFN platform/dashboard calculations are the official metrics used for your account.

Personal spreadsheets and calculators are useful for planning but do not override the platform's official account data.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/dashboard-versus-my-own-spreadsheet)

Stop taking unnecessary risk and contact GFN Support.

Provide:

- Your account number
- The metric you believe is incorrect
- Relevant trade IDs
- Screenshots where possible
- A clear explanation of the issue

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-if-the-dashboard-is-wrong)

First check your internet connection and trading platform status.

If a wider technical issue appears to be occurring, document the problem and contact Support.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-if-the-platform-disconnects)

No. If you genuinely believe prices, balances or order execution are behaving incorrectly, stop taking unnecessary risk until the issue is understood.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/should-i-keep-trading-if-the-platform-looks-faulty)

Where possible provide:

- Screenshots
- Screen recordings
- Trade IDs
- Account number
- Instrument
- Exact time of the issue
- Device/platform used
- Description of what happened

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-evidence-should-i-save-for-a-technical-problem)

No. Simulated trading environments can still model real trading conditions including changing spreads and execution differences.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-gfn-guarantee-zero-slippage)

## Account & verification

KYC, eligibility, inactivity, VPNs, multiple accounts and keeping your account secure.

Yes. Accounts should not be left indefinitely without trading activity.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-i-need-to-keep-my-account-active)

GFN's current account rules require trading activity within the defined inactivity period.

Always check the latest inactivity rule in your dashboard, or in the GFN rules handbook.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-counts-as-inactivity)

Simulated trading infrastructure and platform providers may remove dormant accounts.

The inactivity rule helps keep accounts active and available.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/why-is-there-an-inactivity-policy)

Do not rely on administrative activity to satisfy a trading inactivity requirement.

Where a trade is required, an actual qualifying trade must be placed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-a-payout-request-count-as-activity)

Yes, but significant or unusual changes in login location may be subject to security checks.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-trade-while-travelling)

Normal use of home broadband, mobile data, office connections and travel networks is understandable.

GFN may investigate unusual activity where it suggests account sharing or unauthorised access.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-different-internet-connections)

VPN usage can make it harder to verify the genuine location and ownership of an account.

Traders should avoid unnecessary VPN usage where possible, particularly during identity verification.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-a-vpn)

A VPS may be used for legitimate trading technology where permitted, but it must not be used to hide account sharing, circumvent location restrictions or disguise prohibited trading activity.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-a-vps)

Security and access information can help identify:

- Account sharing
- Multiple people trading one account
- Identity fraud
- Coordinated trading
- Unauthorised account-management services

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/why-does-gfn-monitor-ip-information)

KYC stands for Know Your Customer.

It is the process used to confirm the identity of the person who owns an account.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-kyc)

GFN may require verification before issuing a Funded Account, before processing a payout or at another point where additional account verification is necessary.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/when-will-i-need-to-complete-kyc)

Depending on the verification process, you may be asked to provide valid identification and other information needed to confirm your identity.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-documents-do-i-need-for-kyc)

No. The person who purchases, verifies and trades the account must be the legitimate account holder.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-someone-elses-identity)

No. Accounts must not be used to circumvent identity, account allocation or eligibility rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/account-in-my-partners-name)

GFN cannot issue services or payouts that require successful identity verification where the customer is unable to satisfy the required checks.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-if-i-cannot-pass-kyc)

Payment and identity information may be reviewed as part of fraud prevention.

Using payment methods belonging to another person can result in additional verification.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-the-payment-card-name-need-to-match)

You must be at least 18 years old to use GFN services.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-old-do-i-need-to-be)

GFN may restrict access from certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, payment-provider or compliance requirements.

Your eligibility may therefore depend on your country of residence.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-traders-from-any-country-join)

GFN will handle affected accounts according to applicable legal, compliance and contractual requirements.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/if-my-country-becomes-restricted)

No. Attempting to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions can result in account termination.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-a-false-address)

Yes. The maximum total allocation is $400,000 of simulated capital across all your GFN accounts combined.

That can be split however you like within the sizes on sale - two $200,000 accounts, four $100,000 accounts, or any mix up to the $400,000 limit.

Other eligibility and prohibited-behaviour restrictions still apply.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-have-more-than-one-account)

Yes, provided all accounts belong to you and your trading remains compliant with the applicable rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-trade-my-accounts-at-the-same-time)

Where account merging is available, the option and eligibility requirements will be stated by GFN.

Never assume accounts can automatically be combined.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-merge-funded-accounts)

Each trading account normally has its own metrics.

However, account allocation and prohibited behaviour rules can apply across your overall GFN profile.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-drawdown-apply-across-all-my-accounts)

No. Creating duplicate identities or profiles to circumvent account limits is prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-create-several-customer-profiles)

No. Keep your customer dashboard, trading account and payout credentials secure.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/should-i-share-my-login-details)

GFN Support should not need you to send your full account password through social media or other insecure channels.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/will-gfn-ask-for-my-password)

Contact GFN Support immediately and change any credentials you are able to change.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-if-my-account-is-compromised)

Sharing account credentials is prohibited and can compromise your ability to dispute unauthorised activity.

Never provide access to another trader or account-management service.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/am-i-responsible-for-trades-after-sharing-my-login)

## Orders & billing

Buying an account, discount codes, refunds and chargebacks.

Choose:

- Your preferred program
- Your account size
- Any available account options
- Your payment method

Complete checkout and your account will then be created once payment has been successfully processed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-do-i-purchase-an-account)

Unless a specific product clearly states otherwise, the price displayed for the Evaluation/account is the purchase fee for that product rather than a monthly trading subscription.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/is-the-fee-recurring)

First check:

- Your payment completed successfully
- Your email spam/junk folder
- You entered the correct email address
- Your GFN dashboard

If you still cannot locate your account, contact Support with your order number.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/why-hasnt-my-account-arrived)

Where an active promotional code is available, enter it during checkout before completing payment.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-a-discount-code)

Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, promotional offers should not be assumed to stack.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-discount-codes-be-combined)

Discount codes normally need to be entered before payment is completed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/forgot-to-enter-discount-code)

Yes. GFN may change pricing, discounts or promotions for future purchases.

An account already purchased remains subject to the terms attached to that purchase.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-prices-change)

GFN accounts are intended for the individual who will own, verify and trade the account.

If you want to give somebody the value of an account as a gift, contact Support rather than purchasing it under incorrect personal details.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-buy-an-account-for-someone-else)

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase and the applicable GFN refund policy.

Once an account has been accessed or trading activity has begun, refund rights may be limited according to the Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-request-a-refund)

Contact Support immediately and do not trade the account.

The more account activity that takes place, the harder it can be to change or cancel an order.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/i-bought-the-wrong-account)

Customers should contact GFN Support first if they have a genuine billing dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-if-i-file-a-chargeback)

## Breaches & edge cases

Hard and soft breaches, what can't be reversed, and the awkward situations traders actually hit.

A hard breach is a serious violation of an account rule that results in the account being failed or terminated.

Examples can include exceeding the Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Drawdown.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-a-hard-breach)

A soft breach is a rule violation that may result in a trade being closed or other corrective action without automatically terminating the entire account.

The exact treatment depends on the applicable account rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-is-a-soft-breach)

Trading access to the breached account can be terminated and the account will no longer be eligible to progress or receive future payouts.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-happens-after-a-hard-breach)

No. Risk rules must be applied consistently to all traders.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-support-reverse-a-breach)

Contact Support immediately with as much evidence as possible.

GFN can investigate genuine platform or system incidents.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/breach-caused-by-a-technical-issue)

Generally, yes, unless your wider GFN access has been restricted because of fraud, prohibited trading or another Terms & Conditions violation.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-buy-another-account-after-breaching)

An Evaluation is considered passed once its required conditions have been successfully satisfied and confirmed.

Do not assume that briefly touching a target while open positions remain means the account has automatically passed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/hit-target-then-dropped-below-it)

Both balance and equity can matter depending on the rule being calculated.

Always monitor the official dashboard metrics rather than focusing solely on closed profit.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/equity-below-balance-which-matters)

Yes. Trading costs and floating P&L form part of the account's trading performance.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/trade-negative-from-spread)

No. Trades placed on the account normally remain part of your trading history.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-support-delete-a-trade)

No. If a hard breach occurred before the trade was closed, closing it afterwards does not reverse that breach.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/closing-the-trade-after-a-breach)

Internet connectivity is part of the trader's responsibility.

Use sensible risk management so that a temporary disconnection does not automatically place your entire account at risk.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/internet-disconnected-with-an-open-trade)

Orders are subject to the execution conditions available in the trading environment.

A stop loss is not a guarantee that execution will always occur at the exact requested price during fast or gapping markets.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/market-gapped-through-my-stop-loss)

No. The rules need to be applied consistently.

Being “$4 away” is still, tragically, $4 away.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-ask-for-special-treatment)

The rules applying to your account are governed by the applicable program terms and GFN Terms & Conditions.

GFN may update its products and policies for future purchases, and legal/compliance requirements may also require changes.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-gfn-change-my-rules-after-purchase)

Contact Support before continuing to trade if the discrepancy could materially affect your account.

Your account-specific metrics and applicable Terms & Conditions should be used to determine the correct rule.

## Affiliates

The GFN Affiliate Program: commission tiers, tracking, and the marketing rules.

Yes. The GFN Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring new qualifying sales to Get Funded Now.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/does-gfn-have-an-affiliate-program)

Affiliates begin at 10% commission on qualifying sales.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/starting-affiliate-commission)

Once your tracked qualifying affiliate sales reach $10,000, your affiliate commission rate increases to 12.5%.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-to-reach-12-5-percent-commission)

Once your tracked qualifying affiliate sales reach $25,000, your affiliate commission rate increases to 15%.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-to-reach-15-percent-commission)

The structure is:

- Tier 1 - 10% commission. Starting affiliate rate.
- Tier 2 - 12.5% commission. Unlocked after reaching $10,000 in tracked qualifying sales.
- Tier 3 - 15% commission. Unlocked after reaching $25,000 in tracked qualifying sales.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-are-the-affiliate-tiers)

No separate application should be necessary where the required tracked sales threshold has been achieved.

Your affiliate account can be upgraded according to the qualifying sales recorded by the GFN affiliate platform.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/do-i-need-to-apply-for-higher-tiers)

You will receive a unique affiliate tracking link.

Eligible customers who purchase through your tracked referral link can be attributed to your affiliate account according to the affiliate platform's tracking rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-are-affiliate-sales-tracked)

Your affiliate dashboard should display information such as:

- Clicks
- Referrals
- Sales
- Commission
- Current commission tier
- Available or pending earnings

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/where-can-i-see-my-affiliate-performance)

No. Self-referrals do not qualify for affiliate commission.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-my-own-affiliate-link)

Transactions that appear to be self-referrals, artificial referrals or attempts to generate commission from your own purchases may be reviewed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-household-members-use-my-link)

Commission attribution depends on the tracking and eligibility rules applicable to the customer's purchase.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-refer-existing-customers)

Where the sale remains eligible for affiliate commission, commission is calculated according to the qualifying sale amount recorded by the affiliate platform.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/referred-customer-uses-a-discount-code)

Commission associated with a refunded, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back order may be cancelled or deducted from affiliate earnings.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/affiliate-commission-after-a-refund)

Commission relating to a chargeback may become ineligible and can be reversed.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/affiliate-commission-after-a-chargeback)

Affiliates must comply with GFN's Affiliate Terms.

Advertising that impersonates GFN, misleads customers or improperly competes using protected brand terms may be restricted.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-run-paid-ads-for-gfn)

No. Affiliates must not claim that customers are guaranteed to pass, become funded, earn money or receive payouts.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-advertise-guaranteed-payouts)

No. GFN programs operate in a simulated environment and affiliates must represent the service accurately.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-say-gfn-provides-live-capital)

Yes, provided it is accurate, lawful and consistent with GFN's brand and Affiliate Terms.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-create-my-own-promotional-content)

Approved GFN branding may be used according to the affiliate branding guidelines.

It must not be used in a way that makes your independent website or social account appear to be the official GFN business.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-use-the-gfn-logo)

No. Affiliate marketing must make it clear that you are an affiliate or independent promoter where required.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-pretend-to-be-official-gfn)

No. Unsolicited spam, misleading advertising or unlawful marketing practices are prohibited.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-i-spam-my-affiliate-link)

Yes. Fraud, self-referrals, misleading marketing, fake traffic, spam, chargeback manipulation or violations of Affiliate Terms may result in commissions being withheld and the affiliate account being suspended or terminated.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-affiliate-accounts-be-suspended)

No. Commission is payable only on qualifying, valid sales attributed to the affiliate according to the Affiliate Program rules.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/are-affiliate-commissions-guaranteed)

GFN may update the Affiliate Program in the future.

Any changes should be communicated through the affiliate platform or updated Affiliate Terms.

## Support

How to reach us, what to send, and what Support can and cannot do for you.

Use the official contact or support options available through the GFN website and trader dashboard.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-gfn)

Providing the following will normally help resolve the issue faster:

- Full name
- Registered email address
- Order number
- Trading account number
- Relevant trade IDs
- Screenshots
- Clear description of the issue

Never send passwords or unnecessary sensitive financial information.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/what-to-include-when-contacting-support)

No. Support can explain GFN rules, account calculations and technical issues, but cannot tell you which trades to take.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-support-give-trading-advice)

Support can explain the rules, but you remain responsible for calculating and managing the risk of your positions.

[Link to this answer](https://getfundednow.com/faq/can-support-tell-me-if-a-trade-will-breach)

Before purchasing any GFN account, review:

- The specific plan rules
- Profit targets where applicable
- Daily Loss Limit
- Maximum Drawdown
- Payout rules
- Trading restrictions
- Profit split
- Account allocation limits
- Refund terms
- Terms & Conditions
